APPLICATIONS

What if your design team never had to know it was

sustainable?

01

Made with QuantumCOLOUR™

Any fibre. Any construction. Any

colour.

ATTRIBUTE

01

Full spectrum

Every shade from pastels to deep saturates — set by machine parameters, not reaction chemistry.

ATTRIBUTE

02

Fibre-agnostic

Cotton, linen, polyester, nylon, viscose, blends — one process, no chemistry adjustments between fibre types.

ATTRIBUTE

03

Batch consistent

The same colour across a full programme run — driven by repeatable machine parameters, not bath variables.

Shirting, woven apparel, knit fabrics, casual tops — the broadest application of QuantumCOLOUR™ is the one that looks most like everything already in the market. That is the point. The colour range is unrestricted. The performance meets standard brand requirements. The fabric handle is familiar. The process behind it is not.

QuantumCOLOUR™ yarn is bleach safe, batch-to-batch consistent, and available in any colour achievable through standard pigment formulation. The machine sets colour by parameters rather than reaction chemistry — which means the variables that cause shade drift in conventional dyeing are largely removed.

The customer can’t tell the difference.

But the environment can.

02

Denim · Cotton Yarn

The full colour spectrum. Without the

dye range.

ATTRIBUTE

01

Full fashion colour spectrum

Beyond indigo — consistent light shades, fashion colours, washed-down effects without 10–13 finishing cycles.

ATTRIBUTE

02

Superior crocking

Equivalent to or better than washed reference indigo post-wash — no bleed, no rub-off.

ATTRIBUTE

03

Aniline-free

Denim aesthetics through pigment technology. No aniline chemistry in the coloration process.

QuantumCOLOUR™ denim opens the colour spectrum beyond indigo — not by replacing the craft of denim, but by removing the chemistry constraint that limited it. Fashion colours, clean light shades, and consistent mid-tones that start closer to the finished target.

Colour changeover in one to four hours makes seasonal palette transitions commercially practical without the downtime or wastewater of a full bath changeover. Batch-to-batch consistency driven by machine parameters rather than bath variables.

Colour that stays where you put it. Crocking better than washed indigo at comparable shade depths — so it doesn't end up on your customer's white sofa, leather bag, or car seat.

03

Wool & Wool Blends

Wool that kept everything wool is

supposed to be.

ATTRIBUTE

01

Natural hand preserved

No pre-treatment, no scouring, no acid chemistry — the softness stays intact.

ATTRIBUTE

02

All constructions

Fine Merino 80/1Nm through coarse wool. 100% Merino, Merino/cotton, Merino/Tencel, Merino/nylon — all confirmed.

ATTRIBUTE

03

Colour Fast

Passed Woolmark testing for light, washing, perspiration, and rubbing — across four programmes and multiple fibre compositions.

[ Waffle knit macro · Woolmark trial imagery ]

Acid dyeing wool at near-boiling temperatures degrades the natural softness the fibre is valued for. QuantumCOLOUR™ processes greige wool without pre-treatment, without bleaching, without acid chemistry. The natural character of the wool is preserved because nothing aggressive happened to it.

The technology has been validated against Woolmark testing standards across multiple garment constructions — flat bed waffle knit, circular jersey, seamless activewear — in 100% Merino and blended compositions. Four separate programmes passed Woolmark standards in 2024 and 2025.

WOOLMARK VALIDATED

Four garment programmes passed Woolmark testing standards. Active woven wool trial with a leading European luxury mill. Learn more about the Woolmark collaboration here.

04

Recycled Yarn

Recycled content that got

stronger, not weaker.

ATTRIBUTE

01

Up to +20% yarn strength*

At 50% recycled content — documented across multiple recycled content levels in Recover trial.

ATTRIBUTE

02

Colour-over-colour

Existing dye chemistry in feedstock is irrelevant — variable post-consumer feedstock is not an obstacle.

ATTRIBUTE

03

No bleaching required

Occupied dye sites in the recycled fibre do not interfere with the colour outcome.

Mechanically recycled yarn loses strength during processing and is further degraded by wet dyeing — a ceiling that caps how much recycled content a mill can use before quality breaks down. QuantumCOLOUR™ removes the wet processing step entirely. The binder changes how fibres interact within the yarn bundle, increasing inter-fibre cohesion. Strength increased at every recycled content level tested.

The process works colour-over-colour. Variable feedstock, occupied dye sites, and unknown dye histories in post-consumer recycled content do not interfere with the colour outcome — which is what makes high recycled content percentages commercially viable at warp stage for the first time.

TRIAL DATA CONFIRMED

Strength results confirmed across 20%, 30%, and 50% recycled content levels. Denim Deal pilot underway.

05

Home Textiles

The colour that holds up —

wash after wash.

ATTRIBUTE

01

Full spectrum

Any colour — from neutrals to saturated seasonal palettes — engineered to spec across an entire programme.

ATTRIBUTE

02

Bleach safe

Confirmed — relevant for institutional laundering and care programme compliance.

ATTRIBUTE

03

Batch consistent

Sheeting, towelling, and coordinates that ship together look like they were made together.

Home textiles demand something apparel does not always require: colour that performs across years of wash cycles and matches exactly across a full product programme.

QuantumCOLOUR™ sets colour by machine parameters rather than bath chemistry — which means the variables that cause shade drift in conventional dyeing are largely removed. The result is consistency that holds across production runs, not just within them.

The technology works across cotton and cotton-blend yarn counts standard in home textiles, from open-end spun sheeting yarns through ring-spun decorative constructions.

THE ANSWER

Your design team never has to know it’s sustainable.

But you can tell them if you want to.

~1L

WATER PER KG OF YARN

Conventional dyeing uses 50–110L.

Zero

WASTEWATER

Discharged at the coloration stage.

73%

CO₂ REDUCTION

vs. conventional fibre-reactive dyeing. ISO 14067:2018 verified.

QuantumCOLOUR™ removes the dye bath entirely. The process changed. The product didn’t have to.

The sustainability story your brand partners need is already verified — ISO 14067:2018 Methodology , Woolmark validated, OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT compatible. Your design team chose the colour range. Your sustainability team closes the loop.

FOR BRANDS

When your brands ask

where the colour came from.

For brands building toward 2030 commitments, the coloration stage is where the sustainability story either holds — or breaks.

QuantumCOLOUR™ yarns carry independently verified sustainability credentials — no asterisk required.
